"You can buy this at the Universe Bank, last time I checked it was priced at a million credit. Buy this and bring it to me as soon as you can. If you really want to help me, do as I said!"

A million credits might be expensive to normal people but not to a Royal. After all, even Jelal that was just a Grade 2 Noble before managed to give him that amount. What more if it comes from a Royal's pocket that is participating in a war?
