"Did you and Aiden use protection?" Maria asked Anya in a low voice.

When she heard this question, Anya's face immediately turned red. "I haven't graduated and I haven't planned to have children for a while, so..."

"You better enjoy your time together first," Maria said with a smile.

But a memory suddenly flashed in Anya's mind. Last night, she and Aiden made love until dawn. Did Aiden use protection?

Did she still have time to take the emergency contraceptive pill?

How many hours after effective sex would the emergency contraceptive pill work? Why couldn't she remember that important information right now?

"I want to have a look at the upper floors," Maria circled the first floor and then went up to the second floor.
