But even then, they kept arguing over what happened. She was not letting up in explaining the possible reasons that Dave could have for his actions. Rather than siding with him, though, she just didn't want any argument to break out between them again. 

"Come on, Zen. Let's try to hear Dave out for once. There is nothing to lose..." Anastasia continued to insist while her boyfriend only proceeded to drag her away.

"Even Sir Rupert himself said that he didn't seem to be trying to-"

"I know what I'm doing, Sia. I spent years experiencing abandonment from him and everyone else. Two weeks are not enough to get rid of what I felt all those times..." Zen reasoned out with a scowl and hooded glare.

"And he had touched you. He had touched you like that."
