XAVIER'S POV

Ophelia seemed like a puzzle right now. I wanted to assemble the pieces and set them right. I needed to understand what was going on in her head. 

I knew it wasn't something good, from the way she continuously dug her nails into her palm. 

But no matter what I did, I just couldn't seem to understand what she was thinking. 

Was it about the gunshots?

Was it about Nicole?

What was it?

I couldn't stand knowing she was suffering alone and I could do absolutely nothing to help her.

"One moment I'm able to completely understand her. Like she is just another part of me, next minute I'm as lost as a tourist among the locals whose language I don't know, can't say which one I prefer.
