"I am sorry and it wasn't your fau—."  These were the last word uttered by Ian Fletcher, a wanted Criminal with 149 felony charges and a drug addict before he is shot down to death. 

The regret of not being able to control his actions and temptations becomes apparent in Ian's last moments. Burying this guilt and burden of his sins deep within his conscience, Ian leaves the world with an exhausted soul.
