Back at the inn, the elderly woman invited the guys to dine while I kept resting.

" Aren't you coming with us?" Everyone was leaving the room to go fine except for HT1, unwilling to leave alongside them.

" No!" He simply nods in response. Hiroto could guess why he didn't want to leave the room. Just like him and everyone else, he was worried for me.

" If you don't replenish yourself, how will you take care of her?" HT1 still didn't want to follow Hiroto even after that. Hiroto accepted his decision and let him be for a little while.

HT1, who was in a corner before Hiroto left the room, approached my bedside.

He hesitated before holding my hand in the end. " Why did you risk your life for me?" He mumbled along the lines. " What did you see under my mask?"

HT1 had a thought based on how I reacted when I saw his appearance from under the mask. He was confident it had to do with that.
