Bab 122: "Reunited-1"

"Ah, nice to meet you," Lemmon smiled back at her. "Are you also here for a summer job?"

Anivia shook her head, "I am a new Assistant Scientist. I'm still under probation for five months, though."

"I see… How old are you, then?" he asked. He had a new crush, only to find out that she's already a college graduate.

"Twenty-two. I'm a fresh graduate. I took Zoology from Sambridge University," she giggled, then asked the same question, "How about you? How old are you?"

"Eighteen, but about to turn nineteen," Lemmon answered. He encouraged himself that 'age doesn't matter', and it was just a four-year gap.

Since the orientation hadn't started yet, Anivia continued to open a conversation with him, "So, why did you apply for a summer job here?"

"Well… I was just bored," Lemmon said without thinking too much. 'Ah, she might think that I'm just some brat. It was a very wrong answer!' he thought.
