Bab 590: The Wings With Fire

Elizabeth seemed suspicious as well. When she saw Ayra's questioning face, she tried to soothe the atmosphere,

" Ah! Maybe he wanted to pay for a secret visit there."

Ayra didn't say her words out loud. If Cedric wanted to go there secretly, he could just transport himself there instead of using a local carriage. But she never heard from his mouth that he was visiting Isle town. The town felt like a mystery to her.

The carriage drove off despite the tough weather. The happy chauffeur didn't chat anymore as he needed to keep his focus stuck on the road. Hours later, the carriage stopped in the Isle town.

The rain had stopped already. But the marks that it left on the earth were still present. The shops were all closed because of the rain. Only a few lanterns seemed hanging outside of the shops without any buyers or sellers. All of them went to take shelter in a safe place. The roads all looked dump and muddy for the rain.
