Bab 282: Blinded Vision

"Wait, what?"

Keita sent the girl a look of disbelieve, not trusting what he just heard. The words Mizuki uttered without much of a concern for her well being, it angered him.

He wanted to scold her for every reason he could think of, however, now was seemingly not the time for that. The other three were waiting back at the whirlpool, Keita's chides could wait for later. The male sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, glancing at Mizuki who was still smiling.

"Next time, be more cautious. I don't want any of these happening, ever again."

Mizuki could see the sense of concern lacing Keita's monotonous voice. Even though she couldn't see his expression nor the languages of his body, the warmth Keita was emitting was more than enough to accompany her.

To say that she wasn't frightened, Mizuki would be lying.
