Bab 81: DESIRE KRIMNON VESNA

Lexine arrived in her room and sunk to the floor. Her eyes flitted over the contents of her room. There were a lot of thick books scattered on the floors. Some were open, others closed and stacked together.

Over the previous week, Lexine had been reading as many books as she could get her hands on.

She was still not over the shock of learning that some of the things she had always believed to be part of fairytale were actually real. She was getting used to it though. She had learned more about the different species from these books. The one thing she could say with certainty was that the humans of the past were really mean.

The Shadow People were burned when they were discovered, the werewolves were hunted for their fur, the drakkons were searched for because of their wealth in gold, the sylphs were captured and sold because of their immense beauty.
