Bab 239: The forgotten dream

"Come and Seek me."

The voice was faint yet sounded extremely desperate. 

Even though Li Juan got startled by the sudden intrusion, the voice which followed it, eased her mind the very next moment. 

"Hey, why are you standing here alone, Xiao Li?" Lee Tae Yang slowly walked towards her and wrapped his arms around her frail frame with utmost care. 

"It's cold here." He repeated while placing his head on her shoulder. 

"Hmmm, nothing. I just wanted a break from all those commotions." Li Juan said while leaning onto him. The moment her body recognised the familiar warmth of her favourite human, the looming cloud of worries loomed over her head melted away. 

"Count me in too." Lee Tae Yang mumbled as he smelled her soothing scent.

When Li Juan picked up a slight tiredness from his voice, she quickly broke away from the embrace and turned around to face him.
