Bab 95: Voicing Out

Friends. Vincent let out a sigh as he made his way back to Hero's apartel. He began to wonder what it would have been like to have those. 

Would he feel less crappy? Would it alleviate how he was feeling if he had someone to share it with? Would it have made his life better?

Vincent chuckled.

Who was he kidding? Friends or none, it does not change anything for him. His life, no matter whom he had with him, will never be better. All thanks to Marcus Zephanie, Vincent would always feel cursed.

Unwanted.

Unloved.

When the elevator resonated the 'ding', Vincent was about to step out when he saw Hero, his hair was disheveled and if he could remember correctly, he seemed to be wearing the same clothes he had yesterday.

Smirking, he made his way towards him just in time for Hero to brandish the key card towards the door scanner.

"Rough night?" He stated, catching Hero's attention in an instant.
