Bab 148: Misunderstanding

"Are you okay?" Dan whispered to Bella, who was sitting beside him when he looked at her and noticed how uncomfortable she seemed. She had been that way since Olivia informed them of Patrick's presence at the party. 

Bella said nothing as she glanced at Olivia, who was sitting across from them with an empty seat beside her. From the moment she saw Olivia there, she did not doubt that Drake was at the hotel for this party and not any business meeting. She let her eyes travel around the hall for any trace of Patrick or Drake, but she came up with nothing. Luckily for her, the hall was looking filled up already, and there were people everywhere, so she was certain Drake wouldn't find her easily.
