Bab 85: A Job?

"Are you okay?" Zach asked Dan, who seemed completely absent-minded. He had noticed that Dan hadn't been himself all day since they left the house, and he couldn't help being concerned about what was bothering Dan. 

"Yeah. Why?" Dan asked as he looked up at Zach. He hadn't realized Zach had joined him where he was standing by the garden until he heard Zach's voice. 

"You just seem distracted, and you haven't been yourself since we left the house earlier. Why, what is wrong?"

"I'm okay. Maybe a little occupied with my own thoughts, but I'm fine," Dan assured him.
