 Two months had gone by, and Alcon was just starting to lose a few layers of it's snow when the guests had started to arrive.  Normally, coronations served as a display of a kingdom's wealth and prosperity. Balls, exclusive dinners, and grand events were always planned for before, and after the ceremony, but Marco saw it all as a waste of resources. The coronation was a requirement and nothing more to him, which seemed to be acceptable for most of the rulers.
