Bab 100: Checkmate

Chloe's POV

For the past week I have spent in fear and anticipation. I was trying to pretend alright for timothy but my worry for Oliver was killing me. According to Margaret, everyone in the precinct was suspicious of him. Even his friend Peter, the one whom Margaret was suspicious of turned against him. Every time I was supposed to sleep I left my body to venture with my group to see if they could find his whereabouts or not.

The one person who could help us finding Oliver was Oliver himself. We were not that well with detective work, and him being dead from the recent times, he was familiar with the streets the best. He was dead so he could come out of any situation right? So does the fact that he is missing indicate he was dissipated too? Would it be too much to hope that he was still out there? Alive and well?
