Bab 189: Marked - Part 1

To tell the truth, the note wasn't from Kiera. I knew from the moment I saw the poorly drawn lipstick that it was from the twin brother, and yet, it's so much fun to see her being all cute and jealous because of it. Kiel knew that I feared her sister, so he did that to scare me all the time. The joke has gone old, but perhaps Violet needs not to know. After all, his little joke has brought us here, and I couldn't help but wonder just how much further it will bring us. 

"Mark me," she said, and I was star-struck, not expecting her to ask me herself. It was like a dream come true, to have her all to myself. To have her mine, as I am hers.

Though there was an occasion where I almost marked her, it was by means my own request to have her marked, not hers. It feels different when she was the one asking to be marked. It feels like I'm the happiest man on earth.
