Bab 210: A spy

After reaching to the bottom of the matter, Xavier was heading towards his room furiously. The maids and servants that came his way parted in fear upon seeing the look on his face. 

He kicked the door open and saw Delilah sitting in front of the mirror, brushing her hair. She was just wearing a loose silk slip over her body that hung too low over her chest and barely reached her mid thigh. Any sane man could have been easily aroused but he was too distracted to be paying attention to her seductive state.

"Honey? I was waiting for you." She stood up and walked over to him with a sweet smile. 

"Why did you give the orders of her murder?" He asked outright. 

Delilah, who was slipping a hand through his shirt, stopped abruptly but she somehow managed to keep her face calm. Xavier didn't fail to notice how her wife's hand halted and how her heart skipped a beat over his question.
