Bab 68: Chapter 37

Oliver wasn't quite sure of what to think of the call from Bruce but he did as he was told; got dressed and readied himself to be taken out for a night of his life. He trusted Bruce to have something up his sleeve, as he often did and they came with big and unexpected surprises too. 

Their time together had been nothing short of awesome with some great deal of guilt afterwards. He fancied being with Bruce because he was certain Bruce understood him and would often show it, but there was the issue about being engaged to Vukan and having to lie to him and decline his calls. Balancing being with Vukan and with Bruce had been impossible and he was certain Vukan was bearing the grunt and pain of everything. 

While he sat there in wait, he scrolled through his call log and the guilt began to weigh even more. He had declined Vukan's call when he was at the pub and on several other occasions. 

"What can I do?" he thought to himself.
