Bab 69: Alexander's Proposal

Mikołaj moved towards the director's office as if he was going to be beheaded. He was not afraid of him. He had no reason to be afraid. He just didn't like the guy, and just talking to him was like torture.

Skrzynecki didn't know if he have any prejudices on his part, a sense of hurt pride, or whether, he just didn't like him because he didn't. After all, it is impossible to like everyone in the world, and Alexander just did not go hand in hand with the liking of Mikołaj. It probably did not bother anyone, especially Harrison, who did not know Skrzynecki and had no time to like him or dislike him. But he probably liked ... Stefan very much.
