Bab 114: Can We Know...

Yvonne stared at the man who sat next to her father at the large dining table.

'What did he just say?' She growled in her heart upon hearing his words.

The moment she had heard the King's name being mentioned, she froze which caused the silverware in her little hand to drop onto the plate.

The loud clang had diverted their attention towards her and thus they saw her startled appearance.

'Did he just say that he needs to report it to the King tomorrow… Which means that he had gone to meet King Ophire in recent times?' She deduced and felt like she was struck by another wave of panic.

Glaring at the tutor and then at his clothes, Yvonne seemed to have figured out why he was dressed so well today.

"Did the Marquess meet King Ophire today?" She asked in hesitation that her guess might already be true.

The nod she received made her grimace at how good her deductive reasoning was.
