Bab 59: The old and new year

"Young miss Guai; I am extremely pleased that you can attend the mid-meal and you have even brought gifts!"

She grabbed my smaller hand bending slightly to look into my face those green eyes were filled with excitement.

This girl looked like an eyesore. Why was she so close?

Directly in my face?

Can she give me some space to breathe?

"Look father have decided that we eat in the Grand Sun Garden. This place is quite lovely.. Look young miss... Ah the scent is exceptionally lovely don't you think? Not to strong, but subtle. Do you know why I love this place?"

There was no need to bother asking because water mouth continued on.

"It has a scent similar to yours, not as intoxicating but similar,"

I froze, still dragging my smaller form the fly drew to a halt at my sudden lack of movement.

How can I inform her that the reason I had stopped because she was right?
