Bab 2: Info on artifacts,cultivation techniques, medical pills and stuff

Each rank consists of four grades, namely low, mid, high, top. And each grades are divided into ten levels, namely ten stars. Each star represent how close it is from reaching its next grade and also it's standing in its grade.
