Tao was going to get kissed. A fire burned through his veins, making him giddy at the thought. 

This time, it wasn't a surprise. This time, he would enjoy it wholeheartedly. It wasn't to form a deal or to force him to defy Captain. It was to kiss him better - whatever that meant.

Not to mention he got to touch all those muscles without appearing like a pervert. 

Tao let out a soft sigh as he placed his palms over the toned pecs and marvelled at the smoothness of the flesh. 

The merman was cool to the touch - in unromantic terms, it was like touching a dead person. But that just ruined the mood, so Tao tried hard not to think about it. The merman's heart was beating beneath the skin, and Tao let his hand slide down over the hard edges of the mermaid lines - like a perv.
