There is shock in her eyes.

I don't know if she knows who she is but the look on her face is giving me major suspicions right now.

"Analise is dead,'' she manages in disbelief.

"Yes, in the eyes of everyone, she is dead but I know otherwise. She is still alive, and has taken over someone else's body."

She runs her fingers through her hair and I watch her pace back and forth. She is as bright as the stars in this state she is. Shining in the dark shed but right now, all I can focus on is getting her to help us.

"I don't mess with witches, I like to stay on my own.'' she looks up at me finally, her eyes wide.

"I know, I have no one else to ask. You are the only one that can help me right now.''

"Why, what have you gotten yourself into Darrien? Why do you keep messing with the wrong people?"
