The next day, I walk around the halls in school with worry. I have been avoiding him and this is mainly because I didn't tell Dar how I am feeling after last night. I had a sip of wine and I lost a piece of my memory. Does that even make any sense?

Right now, I am outside on the empty football field, under the bleachers. I am hiding because I don't want Lenny to find me. I don't want to see him because I am scared.

I grab my phone and open a google search and type in my question, even though it is the most ridiculous thing ever. 

Can you forget things after a sip of wine?

1. Forgetting things after drinking can be a sign of a serious mental illness. 

2. Drinking wine can cause memory loss. 

Maybe that is what happened.
