Bab 409: Mind games

Blue 

I get to the front of the tower and it seems like she has disappeared into it. My wolf is next to me, breathing slowly. 

"Do we go in?" I ask calmly. Ever since I saw him, there has just been this relief. It is almost like I don't feel so alone and afraid anymore. 

"We do,'' He replies and walks with me to the big wooden door. I don't know if he understands why this is happening. I don't know what the point of this exercise is. Yeah, this is a punishment but if this is all in my head, what is the point? 

I don't want to go around questioning the goddess because I have made mistakes and every action has repercussions. these are mine. I just have to get to a place where I understand and accept it.
