Bab 225: Playful Fate

[Johan's POV]

"I'll prescribe the same medicine I gave you before, okay? It will help you sleep," Dr. Vahn said as she wrote on a piece of paper. "Your grandfather used to buy them for you. But now that you're a fully grown adult, you need to present an I.D. to the pharmacy. Do you need a medical certificate too?"

"Yes, Auntie. That would be great." Johan only gave a meek smile. Having previous records with a licensed psychiatrist sure came in handy. As much as he wanted to feel guilty for using his medical history, he's currently in a pinch.

Besides, he'd been having recurring nightmares. It's not a complete lie, just not as serious as he made it appear. He needed a smooth exit from Blue-League Mortgage. He won't give Diego or Quinn the satisfaction of getting him kicked out.

Dr. Vahn handed the prescription and medical certificate to him. "There you go. Is there anything else you need, Johan?"
