The day of engagement finally arrived. The preparations were all done. Floors and walls were decorated with flowers in white, with a combination of light pink.

Everything was set, the candles, the balloons, and the dresses for everyone. While, Anna sat inside her room, staring at her reflection in the mirror.

The day she was waiting for so long is finally here but she wasn't ready at all. There was no smile on her face as the emotionless expressions of her were quite similar to any grave.

Anna was getting her makeup done, as the makeup artist was specially selected by Klara because she wanted her daughter in law to look magnificent in between all the guests as she was the star of today's event. But no one asked Anna if she wanted to get ready or not.

Her down spirits were making the makeup artist believe that this bride was absolutely not interested in getting engaged to their boss.
