Bab 149: Square Table

Blue Wave Faction.

A person was standing atop the canopy of a broken dump truck. Below the person was the hundreds of members of the Blue Wave Faction. All the people below were Level One° human, and they all came from different villages under the town of Daan.

"I think all of you must have already heard about the Beheader. The issue had reached a point where all of you are now unwilling to go out, in fear of being beheaded just like one of your companion…" Dotina spoke regarding the issue of the beheader in a loud voice. She then announces what they are going to do and what they shouldn't do. 

"I have already notified the Bossman about it and she already gives her permission about not going out. If you have any questions, raise your hand first before speaking. There are hundreds of you here so I'm afraid I might not be able to hear you clearly if all of you speak in unison."
