He doesn't know if they and the man he killed was an acquaintance. But he doubts it considering how the man dropped them like a heavy bag earlier.

Still, it was better to be safe than sorry. He communicated with his two pets using the earrings of loyalty's function. He instructed them to keep a look at the three and notify him immediately if something happened.

He already inspected the three and they were all just above a newly evolved Level One° Human. Maximo and Croco would not have any problem with dealing with them if they ever thought of something funny.
