Angeal still couldn't believe what she heard. With Lorelei and Claudia smiling at her, Gladios was the one who spoke, getting his granddaughter's attention.

"Oh, you're not the only one surprised, Angeal," he commented, slightly rolling his eyes in the process as well. "I only got to know of it now that I'm dead! I was so surprised myself!"

Angeal looked at her grandfather and asked, "You… only knew now?"

"Yes! I was surprised when I get to see my dear Claudia then dear Mary—who turns out that her real name is Lorelei."

Angeal couldn't help but giggle, seeing her grandfather this flustered.

"Anyway, I was so shocked—I asked why I could see them until Mary told me that it is time for you to know something that I should now, too! And that's when story time came and then we get to see it through Mary's memory."
