Devin still stared lovingly into Angeal's eyes. Angeal, however, found it amusing that Devin was able to do small jokes even in this kind of situation that they are in.

It was as if he was not in a rampage at all when Angeal arrived! The moment she touched her, Devin felt like he was in control of his curse. 

Shaking herself from her thoughts. Angeal rolled her eyes at him. Devin's question caught her off guard as he did it to change the topic, and at the same time, he wanted to be assured.

"Are you okay?"

Angeal didn't expect the question coming from him. Devin expectantly waited for her answer, his body slightly becoming heavier, making Angeal find it difficult to support his body.

This made her worry, furrowing her brows as she tightened her arms around him.

"Devin, what's wrong?"
