Bab 241: Take Care of Her, Man

Arvid stared blankly at his phone as he saw Dharvey and Frey congratulating Arlo and Angeal in their server in Discord.

Arlo had sent a picture of Angeal embracing him, her arms wrapped around his waist as Arlo had one arm embracing her, planting a soft kiss on top of her head.

Arvid found it difficult to congratulate them, but he still did. With heavy fingers, he typed, "Congratulations, guys" with a smiley face at the end, Arlo and Angeal reacting to his message, too, by sending a heart react.

The young immortal felt like his heart was breaking as he stared at the photo, his eyes slightly turning glassy as some tears in his eyes started to form.

Yet, despite the pain, Arvid managed a small smile to have seen Angeal this happy with Arlo.

The young immortal really wished for him to make Angeal happy… but with his love, and with their friendship, he thought that it would be best to let her be happy with someone else.

"Ah… damn…"
