Bab 17: Chapter 15
The next five days seemed to fly by, we went to most of the notable shrines. I even kept a lookout for Youkai, but sadly we didn't see any. Well I know I'll be back here in the future. "Hey Kara should we have dinner at Kyoto tower before we head back?" I ask not wanting to leave. "That depends on what time our train leaves." Kara said checking the tickets. "Sorry but there is not enough time, let's just go get some souvenirs and wait for the train." She said while I look defeated.
While waiting for the train, I started to wonder if Sera was ok. ("Sera are you ok, I haven't heard from you since the whole behemoth stuff.") I say worried about my constant companion. (*I'm fine Scarlet, I was just processing some information that I got form the creator. It will take a few more days to sort through, I'll give you a update when I've finished.*) Sera said. Well at least she is fine but I wonder what kind of information mother gave her.
On the train I turn to Kara and say. "I wonder if Ajuka has managed to recreate the formula for the summoning magic?" Kara looked at me and said. "I don't think it will be that easy to decipher a formula that has never been seen." She is right, I think I might just be obsessed with researching. "I just can't seem to stop thinking about it." I say while my head was filled with different formulas. Kara looked at me and started laughing. "You are definitely Ajuka's apprentice." She said still laughing.
We make it back and I head straight to bed. I woke up and started stretching. I walk towards my wardrobe and started to get dressed. I leave my room expecting to see Kara, but she's not there. I go to her room and knock, but I don't get an answer so I open the door. She was not there, she must have went ahead to the training room. I start to walk towards the stairs, while as always giving the evil eye to the elevator. I make it to the training room, open the door and no one was there.
What is happening, I decided to head to Ajuka's office. Getting into the elevator I shuddered, as always. The elevator doors open, and I make my way towards the gazebo, I knock on the door and wait. I wait for five minutes and just decided to open the door. As I open the I said. "Oi Ajuka why did you leave me waiting outside?" I look up and then I hear a massive shout of happy birthday, everyone was here mum, dad, Rias, Sirzechs, Grayfia, Ajuka and Kara.
"When did you put this together?" I ask as I hug mum and dad. "Well you've been working so hard I thought this might be a nice surprise." Ajuka said with a smile. "It is thank you everyone, and happy birthday to you too Rias." I said giving her a big hug. "Oh mum, dad and Rias this is Kara. Kara this is my mum, dad and twin sister Rias." I said introducing them. Sirzechs starts pouting. "Where's my hug Scarlet?" I look at him and said. "Sorry I forgot you, big sister." And give Grayfia a hug.
Sirzechs looks at me and said. "I think it's time for some home movies." He grabbed a remote and pressed play. It was the video Ajuka took when I made Kara my queen. I just looked at him and said. "I'll get my revenge." Everyone started to laugh. The next video was the one Kara took. I still haven't seen it so I watched as I saw myself bullying the behemoth.
"So you finally pulled it off." Sirzechs said. I remember when he found me at the training hall at home. I was trying to form the blade but kept failing and he gave me a few tips and gave me some training swords. "Yes but that was the first time I have ever used it." I said thinking how difficult it was to condense the blade. "Hahaha you might have me beat in the near future." He said laughing.
I leave Sirzechs to find Rias.
"Rias how's the training coming along?" I ask coming up behind her. "It's going well, big brother has been giving me pointers." She said with a smile and gave me a hug. "Thank you so much Scarlet, if it wasn't for you then I would have stayed weak. But with you pushing me in the right direction I have a chance at being stronger than I ever thought I would be. And watching your fight with Kara and that monster, I have something to motivate me." She said with a confident grin.
