Several days after that incident, Russel visited his younger brother in the hospital. After that day, Russel treated his injury first before he returned to the company. He was forced by his father to make a solution to their problem. According to his father's words, Russel should be the one who needs to solve it since he failed to do his responsibility as their newly appointed boss.

As usual, Russel followed his father's orders. Even though he was also injured, he stayed in their company and tried to find an alternative solution for their problem. Compared to his injuries, Kiel received more painful injuries than him. Fortunately, Russel managed to find a new business partner who can invest in their company. He worked so hard to seal their deal and made a few more preparations to attract more potential investors for their company.
