Bab 121: Save you the trouble

The guards perked up at this newcomer. 

From the dim lights and the heavy prosthetics that covered his face, Zhang Wang had a difficult time making out the figure and their features. He could only tell that she was female of average height and sauntered in with confidence.

The guards were not so impressed by her appearance, chiming again to show a pass.

Unlike the three idiots, this woman actually shows the guards a pass. It was small golden coin with a strange constellation etched into one side and a flying crane on the other. The guard nodded at the sight of the coin and stepped back.

She smirked, looking over to the snake demon and grinned, "Don't look all startled now. I did just save you the trouble, you know?" With a wink she walked on by.

Su Zui laughed nervously and followed after, leaving Zhang Wang to wonder if this had been a coincidental encounter or a part of the snake demon's plans.
