Bab 387: This Hero And The Noble Party!

I am… incredibly uncomfortable.

For an introvert like myself, going to parties is already something I absolutely hate. Now I am being asked to attend a party with the most important people in the entire society that I reside within. I am ALSO being asked to attend this party without any of my friends in attendance with me.

This is utter and complete hell. If it gets bad enough I'm just going to leave, but I'm not certain that that will be the case.

If I'm meeting with the nobility in an environment that isn't constrained by the concept of the emperor being vigilant, how shall that change how people act towards me? The nobility that I met at the party earlier didn't seem to hold back when they spoke with me, but at the same time I can only imagine that that's their definition of restrained.
