"So, Claire. We already know you're a pharmacy tech. What else can you tell us about yourself?" Leo asked boredly after a few minutes of tense silence.

"Uh…like what?" Claire was woefully out of practice with this sort of small talk because she didn't get out much.

"I don't know. Hobbies? Or how you met your boyfriend?"

Hobbies were easier to answer. She could do that first. "I watch a lot of anime, am learning how to draw, and I keep houseplants. Oh, and I have a cat. Her name is Daisy; she's staying with a friend of mine right now.

"As for how I met Alex…he was working. He's a pizza delivery guy and brought me my order a few times. We really hit it off and have been together for over a year. He actually moved in recently because his roommate got married and he couldn't pay both halves of the rent alone."
