Seoyeon didn't have any doubt it would be Jug Hwa who would come as a winner in fight against a witch. In term of psychical strength, vampires, especially the one who top them, the pureblood vampires are much stronger than any witch as although they had power, they were psychically weak like humans. 

The fortuneteller was different however, and Seoyeon couldn't understand where the woman's power emerged from.
