After a few minutes of thinking about how to get through the door later, I decided that I could try using a spatial bypass to draw energy from space. Not from space itself of course but from the stars and other stellar phenomenon instead.
I tried opening a gateway in front of the door but I unfortunately couldn't. It felt like something was interfering with my psi. It was still that unknown energy neutralizing my psi when straying too far. Depending on the intent of my psi the neutralizing effect seemed stronger or weaker.
I could try to creating a bypass inside my body, however just using any position would certainly be harmful. My best option was to use my mouth. It would look like I was breathing fire, and a powerful fire at that, so on top of achieving my goal it would also look cool, unless i failed miserably that was.
I had to think this through first though. Just opening a gateway to space wouldn't be healthy because of the ambient radiation in space alone, not to mention the vacuum and so on. I had to filter for radiation and I had to accelerate the plasma fast enough, so it would become a directed attack.
With the crude plan assembled I started concentrating my psi to open a bypass within my mouth and surrounding it with a acceleration field. I placed a radiation filtering barrier around the assembling gateway and connected the other side the this solar systems sun. I also reduced the heat of my body with telekinesis as the beam shot out from what seemed to be my maw.
For others it would have looked like I shot a beam of intensely heated plasma from my mouth to melt the door and the door was very slowly melting at a rate of about 0.1 cm per minute.
I had to find a neutron start sooner or later, especially if there were more doors of this ones kind.
Once I had finally molten a hole into the extraordinarily sturdy door I heard a roar from above. When I looked at where the roar came from I saw a green dragon approaching me, staring at me intensely with it's red eyes.
Green Dragon: "I am Falthgir, and I have come here to challenge you."
Green Dragon: "I can tell you are strong, it is no use hiding it."
Of course it could speak as well... just how unlucky was I with my body? Aside from that it reminded me of how useful it was, to be able to talk. I would definitely train voice synthetisation from now on.
I only tilt my head to his words and he storms towards me. I didn't have time for this and pushed him away with telekinesis, dropping the gold cubes in the process. He was pretty heavy, compared to the last one, but it was nothing I couldn't handle.
His eyes filled with surprise, most likely over how he couldn't get any closer. Just as i wanted to turn away he breathed fire my way. Of course it wouldn't harm me but he should have taken the hint. I didn't want to kill another dragon, they may for all I know be rare or something.
Green Dragon: "Go on! Show me that power of yours."
You realy want to experience it? Fine, so be it. I created a powerful shockwave which also flung a few of my cubes his way, one of which ended up slamming into his left eye.
I didn't want to imagine the pain such circumstances would cause. If I hadn't needed to retrieve that gold, I would have looked away. While pulling the gold back out, some of his eye followed. I of course cleansed the gold cube, since I didn't want his eyes remains in my machines later on.
He must have been in agonizing pain but on the bright side, he wasn't dead. I thought, maybe the grave pain would make him more humble, giving him more caution and respect towards the unknown in the future. I would much later find out that this backfired to an almost impressive degree.
Even though he was probably still young, I wanted him out of my sight as soon as possible. I used telekinesis to shoot him off of the island at thermal velocity in the hopes of never seeing that dragon again and returned my concentration to the current point of interest.
