"Don't forget; this is also the most dangerous thing you're about to attempt," Phantom said. "You'll have to construct a fleet and, later, enter the insectoid territory with soldiers, conducting trade in name but actually acting as a spy behind closed doors.

"I'm not worried about you, since I know very well what you're capable of, but what if someone from the military makes a mistake and you end up taking the blame? Who can guarantee that the soldiers with you are experts as well?"
