After the morning assessment training, everyone gathered inside the conference room. Ciel sat at the head of the table as he waited for everyone to take a seat.

Once everyone was properly seated, he cleared his throat and addressed the matter that they needed to handle as soon as possible. 

"Heinz, please pass out the documents," Ciel ordered.

"Yes, Sir," Heinz answered as he made a gesture for the aids to distribute the document to the team leaders, as well as the members of the Abandoned Society.

Kate read the first few sentences of the document and her face immediately became serious. 

"Our agenda today is how to deal with the sudden increase of human traffickers in the country," Ciel said in a voice laced with anger. "According to the data that was submitted by the country's information bureau as well as our own intelligence team, these people are blatantly kidnapping children under the age of fifteen."
