Bab 301: The Rabbit Hole XII Asher's Sorrow I
Complimenting her Platinum Blonde hair, bright red eyes, snow-like skin, and overwhelmingly gorgeous yet delicate features giving her an almost oppressive yet equally gorgeous charm with some resemblance of Avery while retaining her own relative appearance.
As for her daughter, she wore the opposite color scheme on her much cuter and smaller counterpart of her mommy's, the same could be said for her appearance. Her name was Aniline Avery Vale, and his mommy was showing off his little sister he couldn't wait to meet!
Unfortunately despite his excitement, his stomach curled, and for some reason, his heart dropped.
Both of which confused him having not realized what that meant before then slowly backing away and into the balcony not knowing his eyes had lost their previous light and everything had gone numb.
And after entering the balcony he couldn't help but vomit blood before then eventually falling onto his knees while the memories seemingly began flooding his mind.
As if his mind had opened the floodgates until finally everything had gone cold and his previous excitement had all but disappeared..
He was upset.. not only with Aumara but with his mommy!
He felt as if he was replaced and her sending him to such a place was meant to get rid of him, he felt confused, scared, and upset, so much so that he wanted to confront her and ask her if she had known, and knew what had happened to him..
These memories were memories he never wanted to remember, but unfortunately, now he had to because he couldn't hide it anymore or pretend any longer..
He missed his mommy so much! But now that feeling couldn't be compared to the strange feeling of betrayal or whatever he was feeling, causing him after worryingly cleaning up his mess and disposing of it in his space ring to then finally get up and exit the balcony..
Surprising Sabine who was prepared to ask the real questions before then taking a step back after noticing an upset Asher.
And Surprising Aimee after finally seeing Asher and believing he was simply pouting after remembering Annie had reprimanded her for some reason about being a mommy beforehand.
While thankfully Aniline had long since left to play with Stella and the others across the room, causing Aimee to then happily smile and Asher to then immediately grab a glass of wine and tossing it into his mommy's face, surprising even him by this action.
However unfortunately he simply couldn't control 'this' misplaced anger, while it seemed his mommy didn't even try to avoid it and even allowed it to go through her fusion shield, and even her mana skin, perhaps because it was her baby-throwing the wine?
In any case, it gave her a surprise if anything else causing her to then curiously pause before then finally noticing this wasn't a fun little 'prank' on his mommy, and instead it seemed he was 'genuinely' upset.
If not utterly furious? It seems he had inherited her temper!
Unfortunately, despite her being quite happy about it, such thoughts didn't last long as she had come to the realization she must have done something to warrant it seeing as she knew her baby prince would have never reacted this way before.
Meaning something must have transpired? Did he not like her choice of masters for him?! She was a Fluffest Elemental Queen! Who wouldn't love her?
Thankfully they were in the royal section surrounded by a much prepared soundless barrier, meaning only Annie, Amber, Sabine, Maema, Holly, Theodore, Aurea, Melly, Ayrenn, and Bradley bore witness to such a scene due to their proximity alone.
Unfortunately, Asher simply didn't care at the moment resulting in him quickly cutting her off from her thoughts while painful tears slowly streamed down his face.
"Was I a bad boy mommy? Did I upset mommy? Why do you hate me, mommy?"
Asher curiously asked surprising Aimee to no end causing her to then lovingly shake her head.
"You were never a bad boy, this time included? And you've never upset me, you have always made me a happy mommy! And I've never and never will hate my precious Asher-"
Aimee lovingly confessed before then ultimately being cut off causing Asher after calming down to then emotionlessly stare at her as if he had just been lied to on a scale never before see before..
Causing him to then slowly remove his mommy's insignias from his collar, dropping them at her boots before then stomping on them, before then doing much of the same with his little crown or rather tiara since his mommy had given it to him, and ripping apart the loving notes she had given him.
Before then ultimately taking off the necklace she had placed around his neck in the beginning of it all and tossing it at her along with the space ring after taking out everything his mommy didn't give him and simply tossing it on the ground.
Of course, he made sure to leave the memory crystal he had prepared during his march over inside in the 'case' he decided not to do these things. Before then ultimately switching out of his ancestral bloodline and into that of his Royal Dragon Bloodline.
"I love you mommy but your dead to me, I'll never ever forgive you, you're a liar and you can go enjoy my replacement, tell little sister I died, and mommy should say the same, you're not my mommy, you're just like big sister Aumara and big brother Malik, you only want to lie and hurt me, please tell big sister Avery and Celestine that I won't be giving 'Lady' Aimee a chance"
"I can't forgive this 'Lady' Aimee, I want big sister Celestine to remove my celestial bloodlines, maybe if I wasn't a celestial I wouldn't have become an experiment for a big sister blood demon! You'll never know what she did to me!"
"I lost my eyes, and what made me human! I'm a Baby Draconian Cow more now than you're baby! I'm a celestial draconian cow! It's better than that useless celestial bloodline that made me a monster! I hope you never have a baby again!"
Asher coldly confessed while tears streamed down his neck before then immediately turning around and returning to the balcony, in truth he didn't want to say these things!
He didn't want to hurt his mommy! He loved his mommy so much but the fact that she didn't know or care was the ultimate betrayal!
And until she realizes he'll refuse to speak to her again! She didn't even apologize! She should have known and made sure he was safe..
He doesn't hate her, he only wants to hug his mommy but because of her actions if he does it'll feel as if there were no consequences for her and 'only' he needed to suffer.
Of course, Asher himself was simply filled with emotions and adrenaline and might regret this later on, however, at the moment neither of these truly mattered causing both Sabine and Maema to follow suit.
Leaving Aimee in a critical state having essentially had an entire level of The Endless Abyss collapse on her after witnessing and hearing these things come from her precious baby prince..
It was simply too much for her, she had missed her child so much so that she couldn't wait to see him, her reluctance of checking up and visiting him was because if she 'had' she'd take him home due to how much her willpower alone.
What was worse was hearing the names of both Aumara and Malik had surprised and angered her to no end, however, she simply didn't have the energy to think of such things, especially now!
She couldn't have cared less about Sabine's comments; however that of her precious baby princes had ultimately crippled her, that was her baby! Avery was the one who had suggested such an idea to begin with no matter how much it hurt her!
She believed her precious baby prince would have been prepared for life and instead she was met with this, causing her to then ultimately lower herself and hold the now pent tiara she had gifted him on his third birthday and the space ring she had gifted him on his first..
Causing Annie to then worriedly hug her bestie, no one was perfect, and she shouldn't be blamed for it all! And Annie knew it, but for a mother who loved their child to no end to hear such things?! Annie couldn't bear seeing her bestie going through such an awful situation!
Despite what others may believe, Annie didn't believe it was 'entirely' Aimee's fault! She knew Aimee and how much she truly loved her precious baby prince she had always bragged about! She wasn't a bad mommy!
If she had known what had transpired she would have grabbed her precious baby prince and hugged him for ten days and ten nights! The reason she was at times compared to Avery was that Aimee was a perfectionist and had a similar mindset.
Especially after learning directly from her, be it motherhood or anything else of what it truly meant to be a celestial royal or even a woman! Aimee did and still had the same amount of potential as Avery even if she was lagging quite behind.
And seeing this situation as it was, truly broke not only Aimee's but Annie's hearts as well!
"Annie.. what did I do? Mother Avery suggested I should teach him at a young age but I couldn't bear such a thought! So I believed that who better than an Elemental Queen of The Abyss? I had ensured everything would be perfect and that several members of my royal guard would watch him in secret.."
"However, I heard nothing! So I believed he would be safe and under a proper master, but from his words, it seemed I had made an error somewhere and now my most precious baby prince hates me! What could have transpired for my precious prince to speak such things? And what of a draconian cow?!"
"He was and still is a good boy! His actions and words were out of anger and desperation, something I've never seen or heard from him-"
Aimee tearily evaluated before then finding the memory crystal after examining his space ring resulting in her ultimately cutting herself off before then conjuring it up and placing her forehead on that of Annie's much like they had done in their childhood to experience the same memories.
Resulting in Aimee and Annie experiencing what he had experienced firsthand, Aumara? Malik? And his hellish torture for those two years, it was simply unspeakable! She never believed such a thing could have truly happened!
It was simply speechless and beyond that of horrifying, and her precious baby experienced these things?!
All the while back with Asher, after returning to the balcony he couldn't help but silently cry alone for several minutes until the arrival of Maema and Norn resulting in him ultimately breaking down and unleashing the pent-up memories and pain throughout those two awful years.
And soon enough Sabine had arrived shortly after and was ultimately greeted by Asher crying his heart out as if he simply couldn't control it anymore.
"I love mommy so much! I love my mommy! I missed my mommy! Wh-Why did I say those things to mommy?! And why did big sister have to do those things to me?! And why do I love Maema and Norn so much?! Maema is better than big sister Aumara!"
"Maema is mine! But I'm scared big sister would hurt me like big sister! I want mommy, Norn, and Maema but mommy hates me and I'm scared Maema only thinks of me like big sister does! What did I ever do to you bullies? I'm scared and I don't know what to do!"
Asher uncontrollably sobbed having truly regretted not hugging his mommy instead! Why did he have to do and say those things?! Could his mommy take it seriously and hate him or even worse, never want to see him again?! Causing Maema to then surprisingly shake her head.
"Love is love my precious companion, you don't have to understand it? And I'll never repeat or even consider my mother's actions, you were never a toy Asher, you were always my most precious companion whether you had liked it or not, the same could be said for Norn, while my mother's actions were unforgivable"
"You know very well you shouldn't fear such things from me, aside from mother you were the only one who had ever seen my and my mother's face, everyone else who had, had long since been killed, only those we had loved ever survived such an encounter, do with that information as you may my most precious companion"
Maema strangely explained in the only way she knew how.
