Supreme Ki Control (S-Tier): For most others using Ki is like wielding a hammer or club. You are able to control your Ki like the tip of a rapier or the edge of a Scalpel. The expended Ki required for you to attain the same effect is severely diminished, and your level of creativity is severely increased.
Technique:
Kamikohaiha (Divine Devastation Wave): Reaching for the heavens, the user gathers their ki as well as the ki of any willing participant within 1km, then the ki forms it into an orb as their hands descend and cusp around the orb finally releasing the energy wave which deals damage to any caught within it's 30m reach.
Kamihakai (Divine Destruction): The user gathers their ki upon the palm of their hand, releasing the ki to surround their entire hand and forming an 'ansatsu' upon their palm before smashing into their foe, dealing damage to them and ripping them asunder. Not to be confused with the God of Destruction's Hakai.
Bukujutsu: The user manipulates their ki energy so that they can levitate or fly.
Zanzoken: The user's movement becomes extremely swift, leaving behind an image of oneself.
Instant Transmission: Instant Transmission allows the user and anyone that is in physical contact with them to instantly travel great distances (from meters to light-years, between the living world and Other World, or even travel outside time itself) just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki signature and transmitting or knowing that being's location.
