Moreover, they could consume so many beasts and beings in a single go and convert them into Energy Orbs which they could use later to increase their cultivation.

All the Devourer Eagle Emperors under Ajax had consumed hundreds of corpses each when he encountered the Greater Golden Demon Emperor and these eagles had already turned all those corpses into the Energy Orbs.
