A few hours later, Brynhild's eyes fluttered open.

The first sensation that greeted her was the presence of something firm and elongated nestled between her buttocks. The second was the gentle weight of a hand resting on her flat stomach and a face nuzzling against the tender skin of her neck.

Someone had embraced her from behind while she slept, their body spooning hers.

"Master..."

Even without turning, she could sense that it was him.

His warm breath caressed her neck, confirming his identity, but it was also the lingering hardness pressed against her that gave him away. It was the same hardness that had lulled her into a peaceful slumber, even at such an early hour of the morning.
