Bab 207: CHAPTER 207: FAITHFUL NIGHT

"Can I see you again, uncle?" Zia asked Marcus before they parted ways. 

"Of course. And I'll make sure to bring Eli so you can play together."

"Promise?" Her long lashes fluttered beautifully. 

"Promise." Marcus smiled as he caress the child's hair. 

"Okay." The child smiled brightly. "Thank you uncle, I'll see you again." She bid farewell.

The three bid goodbye and went separate ways. Marcus went back to the company while the two went home. 

As Jasmine fixes the pieces of stuff that they bought, Zia's question rocked her mind. The little girl is combing her doll's hair when she suddenly asked about her father.

"Mom, do I have a father?" She innocently voiced.

That was the question Jasmine never wanted to hear. But looks like Marcus was right. She needs to explain to Zia carefully or she might misunderstand that her existence was a mistake.
