They are laughing and slowly the laughs ended.

While others are moving out, Jungkook suddenly hooked his hand around tae's neck pulling him back.
Jungkook: Tae tae wait a sec, let me ask you something?
V: okay ask me kookie? He put his arm around jungkook's shoulder.
Jungkook: can anyone randomly hear our thoughts?
V: of course not, not even close friends.
V: you have to kiss someone first to do something like that.
