Bab 294: What Are You Supposed To Call Me?

Yuuya looked back and forth to Shouko and Kyoya. Both of his eyes were already gleaming with unshed tears. He opened and closed his mouth a few times. Words failed him as he couldn't even say what he wanted. In the end, the little boy lowered his head and wept sadly.

"I... I want a family..." Yuuya finally spoke in between his sobs, "I want to sleep with my mother... I want to play with my father..."

When he saw how happy a family was depicted on TV and in storybooks, he couldn't help but feel envious of whoever had it. 

He wanted to be able to act spoiled with his mother whenever he had a nightmare during sleeping.

He wanted to be able to brag about his strong father to his friends.

Yet, he never had a chance to do so.

"You little, dare to covet my wife in front of me?" Kyoya candidly teased Yuuya as he scooped him up and placed the boy on his lap, "Don't cry. Today is a good day."
